Why Support National Missionaries

They do not need passports, visas or airfare. |
|
Expenses are minimal. Christians in developing countries are accustomed to living on a modest income. |

There is no time or expense involved in language study since nationals already know it. |

Because the national is already from the culture he/she trying to reach, there is no cultural barrier and less likelihood of miscommunicating the Gospel message due to cross-cultural mistakes. |

The people’s day-to-day problems and needs are more easily understood and shared by national Christians. |
|
Due to increasing governmental restrictions, the number of overseas missionaries in India and surrounding countries is rapidly decreasing and will continue to do so. |
